After the smoking ban for public places in France came into force from the 1st of January, smoking tourists in Paris don't have any other choice besides of going to the Museum of Smokers (Musee du Fumeur), situated in the XI district of the capital of France. There are different smoking devices of all the times and nations presented in its halls. Besides of the permanent exposition, theme expositions are held there too. So, on the 22nd of August there will be opened an exposition devoted to the Oriental smoking culture and now you can visit the exposition "Caricature of smokers from the XVII century until nowadays" where you can see the works drawn by masters of this genre - not only French but also of foreign painters.
The address of the museum is Pache 7, the underground railway station Voltaire. Hours of service: from 14:00 till 19:00. A ticket costs between 3 and 4 Euro.
