The international Airports Council International (ACI) organization, which includes 573 corporations, which control the work of more than one and half thousand airports in 178 countries, has held a research, in the result of which there were educed the airports, which are most loved by the passengers. The objectivity of the rating is proved by the fact that during the research were interrogated more than 200 thousand people, who were waiting for their flights in 90 international airports of the world. They were asked 34 questions based on different criteria: starting from the cleanness of the toilet to the convenience and efficiency of collection of luggage. Such pleasant nuances, as thermal baths in the Nagoya airport, children’s playground in the airport of Malaysian Kuala Lumpur were also considered.

It emerged that the best airports are still situated in Asia. However, an airport with the excellent passenger service can be found in the other world regions.

The first place was the third time given to the South-Korean Incheon. The second in the list is Malaysian capital airport of Kuala Lumpur, and then goes Changi, situated in Singapore. The fourth and the fifth places were occupied by the international airports of Hong Kong and Japanese Nagoya.

The best in Europe was claimed to be the Portuguese Francisco Sa Carneiro airport in Porto, the USA should be proud for its Dallas Fort Worth airport. In the Middle East, the best was turned out to be the Ben Gurion airport, and in Africa – the Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. In South America the passengers are gladdened by the Jose Joaquin de Olmedo international airport in Ecuador.

According to the employee of ACI Mark Adamson, the leadership of Asian airports – is the result of the will of the local authorities to go before the tourists window-dressed. And what is more, as opposed to the Asian states, the European airports, like Heathrow in London, do not have the physical capacity to expand their territory. Also, not all the airports have enough financial means.

The management of the majority of the airports is not able to trace and respond to all the cases of impolite and improper behavior of the customs and security officers towards the passengers.

If you stand guard over the airport, and are responsible for the security of the passengers, it does not mean that you can chin with everyone around you,” fairly thinks the managing director of Ben Gurion airport, Zeev Sarig.
