An Elephant Gave a Lesson to the Rude Tourists

A group of tourists has got into a dangerous situation in one of the National Parks of Uganda exceptionally because of their bad manners.

The Frenchmen in their SUV came too close to a mother-elephant with a child. The mother got worried and became to show up signals, that knows everyone who has ever met elephants.

But the Frenchmen, that have rejected the services of a guide, probably because of the economy, have exposed only positive emotions and laughter at the emotional stress of the elephant and continued to take pictures of the elephant with great enthusiasm.

But the situation in the meanwhile became more and more serious. Elephants, though as also many other animals, have a rule - before they attack an enemy, tell him about this - "incoming". This is like the first air shot of the police officer and only after that - engage. And the elephant has at first spread her ears, stretched her trunk ahead and loudly blared.

The signal was as clear as possible - "get outta here, or it will be worse". But the self-confident tourists just laughed and looked for the new photo-shooting points.
The attack of the elephant was immediate - at the short distances the speed of these giants can exceed 40 km. per hour. She hit the "Pajero" vehicle with such force, that the driver was thrown out of the car through the front glass, flew a dozen of meters and landed in the thorn bush. He was lucky, because he got only bruises and grazes, but the others got more.

The elephant has performed another attack. She kicked the vehicle aside and after that began to roll it as a ball - from the wheels to the top, back and forth. After her vengeance to the smart alecks, she nobly went away from the battlefield and her baby has obediently followed her, holding with his small trunk the tail of the mother - that is more secure - so you won't get lost or hurt by anybody.
