Switzerland: a young Israeli boy was taken off the flight |
Mother of an 11-years Israeli boy expecting the son's arrival at home from Zurich where he stayed at their relatives has been shocked, having understood, that the child has not left the plane. Nobody has notified the woman that her son has been removed from flight in the very last minute in connection with shortage of places. And it happened in spite of the fact that the Israeli woman has paid for a special service (50 dollars) within the limits of which the personnel of the air liner should have been watching the child during flight.
The plane on which the child should have arrived to Tel Aviv, belongs to Israeli company "El-Al", but the Swiss airline Swiss was engaged in distribution of tickets. Its employees have removed the boy from flight.
When the relatives of the young Israeli boy have already left the terminal, having convinced, that the child has sat aboard the plane, the stewardess has approached to him and asked him in English to leave the air liner. «You should not forget that we speak about an Israeli child without the parents possessing English at the level of the fifth grade. What did the adult woman expect from him? That he will start to defend his rights? ", - mother of the child is indignant.
In spite of the fact that the boy had a chain with listed phones of relatives on his neck, no one from the personnel has even tried to inform parents that their child was left alone, at night, at the unfamiliar airport.
In some hours the boy was sat on the following flight, and he has safely arrived to Israel. It is possible to guess only, what has his mother gone through during this time; she has managed to communicate with all services and agencies which could help her to find her son.
As it was found out, shortage of places is connected with the fact that for one of passengers - the elderly and sick person has been allocated at once six armchairs so that he could lie down. However, such an explanation has not satisfied the mother of the boy, and she plans to submit the claim against the " El-Al" company.
