In the suburbs of the Netherlands town Leiden there has a unique museum been opened, that represents a human sitting figure with the height of 35 meters. The journey through the human body is performed with an escalator that is located in the knee of the huge figure.

The semi-transparent 7-storeyed building in the form of a huge human figure is located at the A44-road, between Amsterdam and Haag. During the journey through the body, the visitors can get get answers for such questions as - what happens inside of a person when he sneezes or why the sleep is so important, how the hair grows, how our mind functions and how do people feel taste. Step by step, climbing up with the escalator and on moving platforms, the visitors move around the internal organs or through these and see in the scaled representation the muscles, bones, the heart, kidney, digestive organs, eyes, ears and the brain.
Various internal functions are demonstrated on the special screens, for example the oxygen delivery with the use of the lungs and the blood, digestion, reproduction, what happens when the organism is getting injured. The "Corpus" museum uses the state of the art modern innovative technologies in the visual and 3-D sound effects to represent and demonstrate all medicine aspects of the human body. During the excursion that has the length of 55 minutes, the visitors can visually study the human body and the organism. In the neighboring building the visitors are offered broad and detailed additional information, particularly medical, populating healthy nutrition and way of life. The guests are offered interactive games and tests. Besides, there is an audio-tour in eight languages.
