The beach season is still far away in the future, but the gastronomic is at the height. That is why the tourists go abroad to have a tasty meal and a drink.

1-3 April. Wine making and farmer's fair, Marcelle
The French farms are famous for the gourmet that can be bought there - pate from the goose and duck liver, aged ham, sausages, sweets, honey and of course chocolate. And all this surely for the low prices.

1-10 April. Tea festival, Shanghai
The ideal place to get acquainted with the famous Chinese tea. In April, Shanghai has not only the best sorts of tea, but also marvelous tea ceremonies. Those who are not really fans of the Easter philosophy, could at least master several methods of correct tea cooking.

April. Stark Beer Holiday, Munich
Four Munich breweries - Paulaner, Augustiner, Hacker and Lowenbrau are brewing stark beer for this popular holiday. The alcohol part in this beer is significantly higher - according to the legend - exactly this fact has helped the monks earlier to withstand the fast. These sorts are easily recognized by their names - it is ended with "ator".

16-17 April. Sea Pecten Festival, Logivi de la Mer
Probably the most important event in the life of the seafood lovers. Formerly this festival has taken place in the town Arques and recently has moved to Logivi de la Mer. The scenery has remained the same - at first the guests are offered to participate in the catching of the pectens, then teach them to cook these and after that invite to th table.

13 April - 13 May. Wine and Gourmet festival, Trier
Some people are interested in German gourmet - cheese, sausages, schukrut. But the first thing to taste there are the famous Mosel wines, in particular - the famous Riesling.

25 April. Artichoke festival, Cherida
The best artichoke grow in Italy - this is well known by all the cooks around the world. But only the Italian cooks know that the best ones are cropped at Sicily. To get convinced, you should travel to the small town Cherida, not far away from Palermo. Beside the tasting, the tourists will attend the parade and an art exhibition that is dedicated of course to the artichokes.
