The famous Netherlands coffee-shops, where everybody can get absolutely legal some hash and marijuana, will probable remain without clients. The reason is the smoking ban that became active today.

The authorities of the Netherlands after the example of the other European countries have prohibited tobacco smoking in public places including bars and restaurants. It is curious, but the marijuana smoking is still allowed. The situation that came out of all this is pretty odd, because most of the "weed" lovers that jump in to the specialized coffee-shops, prefer to smoke narcotic mixed with tobacco. Now they will have to get rid of this habit, or get out to the street to smoke.

The owners of 700 sales points that have the license for the weed sales are afraid that they can remain without visitors because of the new law. "This is like you come to a bar, buy a beer there and don't have the possibility to drink it right there, and in the meanwhile, the lovers of vodka, rum and other serious spirits are sitting and enjoying their drinks",- complains one of the marijuana sellers.

The owners of the coffee-shops tell that they are not going to leave the situation as it is and are threatening to demand the reconsideration of the smoking ban.

Well, besides the courts, the entrepreneurs have also another solution - to install special inhalators for smoking pure marijuana. They can also mix the narcotic with dried herbs. And the visitors themselves can actually cheat a little and add some tobacco on their own to the weed - after they have bought it. The weed smells are much stronger that the cigarettes and the violators of the law have all the chances to remain unpunished.
