| In Hong-Kong was reopened the longest in Asia funicular railway (2 Jan. 2008) - In Hong-Kong by the New Year has renewed work the pendant funicular railway, leading to a gigantic bronze statue of Buddha on the island Lantau. It was closed half a year ago after a serious accident- during the movement one of the cabins suddenly was unhooked and crashed from a 50 meter height. |
